We make every effort to ensure that our goods are portrayed accurately on the Website but some variations in colour may occur. All measurements are approximate, and we cannot be held responsible for variations in colour dependent on the calibration and setting of your computer screen.
No returns or refunds will be done after 14 days.
The products sold by Pineurple Pty Ltd cannot be returned. Custom items are a strictly no return/refund policy as they are made to order to your specifications. However, if there are major defects or if they were damaged during shipping, we will refund or replace the item if we approve your request.
Please email email@example.com or Whatsapp 0606659976 – include photos of the item and we’ll attend to it as soon as possible and advise on our decision shortly after. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you choose to return any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your email/message regarding issues with your order, we assess and decide whether we will replace or refund the item. If we choose to replace the item, it will be at no cost to the customer. If a refund is decided on, it will be done via EFT by the end of the month to the account nominated by the customer. In the case of a return or refund, we reserve the right to have you return the original order before reprinting or refunding your order.
Should you place an order and then pay via YOCO and request a full refund you will be refunded the amount minus the YOCO transaction fees (3.68%) Should your order contain items that are custom made/ made to order and your order has started being made you will be charged a penalty fee of 35%.
Only regular-priced items can be returned.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can stop production on the item. The customer will still be liable for any work that has already been done, whether it is design work or any items that have already been ordered/ made. Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for returns and refunds as a result of errors made by you, as specified in the Terms and Conditions.
